Our warehouse is able to accept completely unopened orders within 30 days of delivery. To ensure product safety and quality, the original shipping box must remain unopened with the MANSERUMS anti-tamper tape intact. If you believe your order qualifies, please contact our Customer Support team at help@manserums.com for assistance and more information on this process. For products that have been opened and tried, we proudly offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’ve used a product and it doesn’t work for you, simply reach out to us within 60 days of purchase and we’ll help make it right. Please note that while we’re happy to honor this guarantee, we’re unable to process multiple refunds for the same product. We monitor refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds if we find the policy has been misused or abused.
