Cancellation policy

Once an order is placed, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for processing alongside thousands of other orders. Because of this high volume, we’re unable to locate and pull individual orders. If you decide you no longer want an order that is currently processing, you can reach out to our Customer Support team at help@manserums.com for information on our return process.
